Write in at Starbucks/Chapters in Sudbury. We pretty much took over and refused to leave with our laptops. We also bought things so don’t go raising your eyebrows at me. I am starting to lag behind in my word count and am really really regretting not making the time to pimp out scrivener.
Also I have realized that I am writing in first person present tense. This is normally something that bothers me like nails on a blackboard. It should have went on my Magna Cart list 2 (things I never want to see in my book), except I had a sneaking suspicion that I was going to be doing it for this book so left it off. I kind of cheated, but whatever. We’ll see if it works for he novel.
However, I did go and buy a few things to help pimp out the ipad some more. I went and got the docking station and a pen/stylus for the ipad.
Also being at Chapters, I bought the 13 Wheel of Time book. Yah guess what I’m reading when NaNoWriMo is done?
Yes those are two of our coocky writers. Also, in high school and doing NaNoWriMo. I want to write a letter to my younger self to be more motivated and stop wishing and start doing like our Wrimo group here in Sudbury. We have lots of highschoolers and I can’t tell you how impressed I am at their level of participation and drive to write a novel.
