About Me

Once upon a time there was a little girl who fell in love with books.  She discovered that when the world became a dark and horrible place, books where there to sweep her up into a world where good conquered evil and magical adventures ensued.   #BooksSave

Eventually she realized that Magicians wrote these books, creating the magical adventures in their heads and scribing them to paper so that they can be enjoyed by all.  What better life than to share the magic of reading by creating books.   She grew up and wanted to become a Magician of books.  #AuthorLove

One day in her pursuit of Magicianhood she discovered this magical event called NaNoWriMo.  Curious she fell down the rabbit whole and delved into a world of midnight starts, word sprints, word wars, plot bunnies, and races to 50K.  She met many other aspiring Magicians on this journey and was invited to join their secret societies.  #WritingGroupsForTheWin

To this day this girl still dreams of becoming a full time Magician.  She spends a lot of her time making clicky noises alone in a dark cave in hopes of creating one of those magical lands others may some day enjoy.  #DreamBig
